Common questions

Private keys are stored Fernet-encrypted (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256) in our database. The encryption key is derived from a server-side secret that is never stored alongside the database — so a database breach alone cannot expose your keys. Like all Telegram trading bots, the server must briefly decrypt your key in memory to sign transactions on your behalf. You retain full control: export your private key at any time using your PIN, or delete your wallet from the bot entirely.

Viper supports Solana, Base, BSC (BNB Smart Chain), and Ethereum. On Solana, swaps route through Jupiter with access to Raydium, Orca, Pump.fun, and more. On Base, swaps route through 0x with access to Uniswap, Aerodrome, SushiSwap, and more. On BSC, swaps route through 0x with on-chain PancakeSwap V2/V3 pricing. On Ethereum, swaps route through 0x with Uniswap V2/V3 and SushiSwap routing. All four chains support instant swaps, limit orders, multi-wallet management, positions tracking, and trade history. Copy trading is available on all four chains.

On Solana, Viper uses Jito's private relay and Jupiter Beam to protect against sandwich attacks and front-running — toggleable in /settings. On Ethereum, transactions route through Flashbots Protect (toggleable in /settings). Base and BSC use standard RPCs and do not currently have MEV protection.

Viper charges a flat 0.25% platform fee per trade. If you or the person who referred you has an active referral code applied, both parties trade at 0.2%. Stablecoin swaps (native ↔ USDC, native ↔ USDT, or USDC ↔ USDT) are completely fee-free on all chains. There are no hidden fees, subscription costs, or withdrawal charges.

Open @Viper_Sol_Bot on Telegram and send /start. The bot creates a Solana wallet automatically — you can also create Base, BSC, and Ethereum wallets from the wallet menu. Fund with SOL (Solana), ETH (Base/Ethereum), or BNB (BSC) and you're ready to trade.

Yes. Use the /import command in a private direct message with the bot. For Solana, paste your base-58 private key. For Base, paste your hex private key — BSC and Ethereum wallets are automatically created using the same key. The key is encrypted immediately and never stored in plain text.

Viper uses real-time WebSocket streaming to detect trades from any wallet on Solana, Base, BSC, or Ethereum with sub-second latency. When the tracked wallet buys or sells a token, Viper automatically mirrors the trade using your configured sizing — either a fixed amount or a percentage of the original trade. You get an instant Telegram notification with full details including a block explorer link, and the position appears in your portfolio immediately.

Subscribe to any public Telegram channel via the /calls command and choose which chain(s) to auto-buy on — Solana, Base, BSC, Ethereum, or any combination. Set your buy amount per call (SOL, ETH, or BNB) and Viper automatically buys when a new token contract address is posted. Smart dedup ensures you never buy the same token twice — even if multiple channels call it. When you add a channel, Viper scans message history to pre-populate known tokens so old calls don't trigger buys. You can pause, resume, or remove channels at any time.
